The cheese available in our store comes from the Loleta Cheese Company of Loleta, CA, about 220 miles north of Petaluma. They use milk exclusively from their own cows so they can maintain a high level of quality. Using traditional methods and recipes, they create a variety of both certified organic and conventional cheese.
We carry Loleta's sharp cheddar and organic monterey jack cheeses, and we're sure you'll agree that they're exceptional.
